Wellbeing

We can help you create a more meaningful and connected life including understanding patterns that get in the way of you feeling fulfilled in your life and in relationships with others.

Social and Emotional Wellbeing is a collectivist and interconnected foundation that explains the physical and mental health of First Nations. It includes focussing on health as holistic, the right to self-determination, the need for cultural understanding, the impact of history in trauma and loss, human rights, the past and ongoing impacts of racism and stigma, kinship, cultural diversity and acknowledging and celebrating Aboriginal strengths.

All our Psychologists have had SEWB training and we have two First Nations Psychologists in our team who can provide more culturally attuned psychological and wellbeing care.
