When we have experienced overwhelming events it can be hard to find a sense of safety in our environment and in ourselves. We can fluctuate from feeling shut down and numbed out to stressed and reactive. It can be hard to find a sense of stability in our world.  Trauma symptoms can be healed and we are here to help.
