Video and phone appointments, when and where you need them

We offer individual online counselling sessions to all people living in the Northern Territory and regional Australia.

We meet with you over video or on the phone, so you can access our services from wherever you are. All you need is access to a phone in a place you feel comfortable talking to us. If you’ve got a computer, smartphone or tablet with good internet, we can do a video call so we can see each other.

Through online therapy, we’re here to help with anything that you would like some support around, including but not limited to:

  • Adjustment issues
  • Anger management
  • Anxiety and stress
  • Child
  • Couples and relationship counselling
  • Depression/sadness
  • Drug and alcohol counselling
  • Family counselling
  • LGBTQIA+ issues
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Other mental health support

Our online psychologists have experience working with Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander peoples, regional families, children and young people, remote teachers and students, remote nurses, FIFO workers, ADF members  and other groups who live and work in regional Australia.

In fact, Big Sky Psychology was created specifically to provide mental health support to people in remote areas. Read about us to learn more.

We also offer online cognitive and developmental assessments for Autism, ADHD, and cognitive disability.
